I received this birthday offer in my email. It looks like the offer is $25 FreePlay and a complimentary room for two, but when I called, the rep said I have $25 FreePlay but that only certain tiers receive the complimentary room (he said I’m the lowest tier). If that’s the case, then why is the free room showing on my offer page? When I proceed to make a new booking, the offer type even says Cruise Fare For 2 Guests. Has anyone run into this and can someone explain it in a way that makes sense? I had a hard time following the agent on the phone.
