I applied to usc to transfer into my sophomore year. For Marshall school of business only calc 1 is required to transfer over, but I saw that a lot of business transfers were taking calc 2 as well so I decided to take it. The only class available at my cc for calc 2 was online but in person exams and it was a 6 week accelerated class. Long story short I withdraw from the class but my cc gives me an EW (excused withdrawal) instead of a regular W because extenuating circumstances were part of the reason for withdrawing. I told usc I was taking this course, but I replaced it with another class so I am still going to be at 18 credits this semester and will have a 4.0 both semesters and got a 99% in Calc 1. Am I cooked since calc 2 is connected to the business major? I wouldn’t want them to rescind my admission.
