Sometime ago, I made a post about how it often feels like every NDC administration comes with its own set of challenges.

Back then, I was speaking from what we were experiencing in the Nungua–Spintex–Lashibi area. Not long after they came into power, water issues started becoming a serious problem for us.

Now it’s even worse.

We get water just once a week. Just once. The rest of the time, we’re forced to survive by buying water, storing it in polytanks or calling in tankers just to get through.

And now, on top of that, we’re back to dealing with power outages.

At this point, the question is simple, what is this government actually doing to improve our basic living conditions?
