I joined hello-fresh since they had the free nutri-bullet promotion. I received the e-mail this morning from Hello Fresh to redeem my free nutri-bullet, but it came back with an error code, please contact support.
I spoke to multiple agents for both Nutri-Bullet and Hello Fresh and HF’s solution was providing me a new link, which still didn’t work. So after some back and forth with different agents on both sides an agent from HF finally said that there are no more items for that promotion and it states clearly in the terms that it’s while supplies last.
I said I understood but I clicked and submitted my order immediately after I received it and I signed up for the promotion when it first came out. If the supplies were out why did the previous agent generate me a 2nd code? Why wasn’t this the immediate answer from my first call? & I’m still seeing ads that it’s ongoing.
Once I got transferred to the supervisor his solution was crediting my account in the amount of $189.
It seems to me that they didn’t have any free nutri-bullets to begin with and they’re covering themselves with the terms and conditions and probably hoping that people just don’t call it in. Has anyone’s link and code actually worked?
