33F. Is fat transfer basically the only real option for under eye hollowness/tear troughs? I tried under eye filler before and it left little balls/lumps so I had it dissolved, but I feel like the area looks even more hollow now after dissolving it years ago.. Was the lumpiness probably just a bad injector issue and worth trying again with someone better? Has anyone improved this another way or is volume loss under the eyes pretty much a fat transfer thing? I tried prp, filler, ez gel, plasma pen. Thinking about co2 and fat transfer if all else fails.
