Can someone guide me on how to get spark cashback?

Hello All,

I have a amex rewards card and while converting it into voucher I get 1 rs per 4 points. However i came to know that the points can be redeemed in a better way at hotels and other stuff. Can someone guide me where you use your points and how to use it? Also what is this rewards multiplier?
