Has anyone else had weird delays with Amazon? I purchased the Flow 2 last week, and my package was supposed to be delivered Sunday. Sunday came and went, no package, and Monday morning there was an update that it was delayed in transit but will be delivered that day. Monday evening came, and I reached out directly to a customer service rep instead of the automated messaging who said it was “lost” and a replacement would be ordered. Now that replacement is supposed to come Friday, but has not shipped out yet. I also reached back out to them to ask them to expedite shipping (my old robot broke and that’s why I even bought this one). I’ve literally never had these delays with Amazon before and it’s weirding me out with it being such an expensive purchase.
