How much time does it take to achieve that

Although my symptoms continue to improve, two big challenges I have
Calf pain - nagging
There is a tight spot under right knee which mostly hurts when sitting. When I touch it a little hard, damn sends current to my calf and root
Anyone thinks this is normal
I am suffering with this for 5-6 months now, but pushing through with some physio, walk and medicine.
Applying some ointment that claims that it helps heal.
The bulge on right is touching the sciatica and hence the pain.
What happened today was interesting
1.felt pain shift more to lower back but calf still there
- The strangest thing is that I felt a lot of warmth feeling in lower back. The ointment should have worn off by now (7hrs). The warmth felt really good.
Hoping these are all good signs
I have been struggling with Pinched nerve and on medications. Did some physio today but post that have been quite a pain in claves, hips etc. my right side is primarily effected
The pain then for some reason shifted up till SI joint
All afternoon was struggling while standing. Sitting used to help but not that long
Finally for some reason I did a slight tilt to left and suddenly all pain disappeared. Calf was happy, hip still dull pain but I can't believe that I had second half of the day relatively pain free.
Did the meds finally work and all I needed was a tilt to let the disc shift away from the root nerve?
I still have occasional calf pain, but till the morning it was every second throbbing pain. Now it's once in 10-15 min
Fingers crossed
