I like working in endress hauser but their IT support… omg HORRIBLE
The people working there are the worst
They act like entitled people who think they know it all better while being max unhelpful and unfriendly
They have 5 stars on google probably done all by their own employees since guess what
That person who talked to me on the phone … his surname was also in the 5 star ratings…
How do yall handle this kind of toxic support people?
