Game changer for safety with dumbbells
I debated far too long on whether these would help me out, wish I hadn’t. For context, I’m 53 yrs and not moving massive weights around. That said, these little gems have made getting dumbbells in position so much easier and safer. I can lift heavier without throwing out my shoulder again.
