Double dosed myself 2 weeks in a row....
Okay so I feel like a complete idiot right now, but I had no idea that the company ive been buying from online changed the concentration of the bottles this last order, which if I would have paid more attention it would have been obvious but ive been buying from them for a year and this is the first time they switched the bottles/concentration. So I take a maintenance dose of 15mg. And apparently from not paying attention to the switch, ive just doubled dosed myself 2 times in a row now. So thats ALOT of Tirzepatide. Should I be worried? Should I skip a week? A bottle that should have lasted me a month is now gone in 2 weeks, and im stressed that I just accidentally gave myself that much and JUST now realized. I will admit it was a very stupid mistake on my end, especially since ive been doing this for so long. But with the random switch from the company, not paying attention to how many bottles were in the fridge (my mom had got the order and put them away for me) and just this last stressful couple weeks in general, I get how I didnt pay attention like I should. But just need some input on what to do, if anything. Thanks in advance! And please dont be rude, I already feel really dumb right now :(
