I run a 4.9 40 right now and am wondering how much time it might realistically take me to get into the 4.6-4.7 range. Current measurement for info is I’m 5’10 150. I trap bar deadlift 400 for 3, clean 180 for two, and I prob have a close to 3 plate squat max. I have a 34 in approach vert.
