Hi guys

I’ve been hit with a nasty sinus issue this past 2 weeks, sneezing, headaches behind my eyes, face/jaw/teeth pain, ear ache, nausea, appetite on and off, headache top of my head that radiates to my neck and just wiped out.

The weird part? My vision is acting up: blurry spots, squiggly/pixel-y lines on white backgrounds, light sensitivity, and this heaviness behind my left eye.
Has anyone dealt with something like this before? I have also had bad health anxiety, stress and fear of a migraine constantly scanning my vision for an aura occurring for the last two weeks. How did you survive the pressure and pain while figuring out what’s going on? Any tips or if you could help what’s going on that will be great.

Since Tuesday/Wednesday I’ve had weird vision issues, things look slightly fuzzy/pixelated and bright white backgrounds really bother me, which usually is notice on TV. I also get afterimages from lights and have to turn screen brightness down. And I’m constant fear that I’m getting a migraine.

A few days later on Wednesday/Thursday I started getting headache/pressure around my eyes, nose, forehead and even jaw/teeth. I’ve also been congested, sneezing, and generally feeling a bit dizzy/“floaty”.

I had a stomach bug last week from Sunday to Saturday and I’m wondering if this is:

a migraine symptom a few days before it hits (I’ve had them since 11 but haven’t had one for 2/3 ), or

sinus-related after being ill?

Has anyone had anything similar where vision felt “off” like this? I just have a fear of getting a migraine because I get them really bad.
