I am 35 M. I’ve been using the gym for the last 20 months. I started from way below average body shape and exercise tolerance. I may still look for you as a person who doesn’t go to the gym but I made a huge progress from where I started (unable to bench press an empty bar to benching 50 Kg 10*3 etc). My body looks much better too. Yes gained weight from 88 Kg to 96 Kg but mostly muscle as I didn’t need to go up at all with my clothes, actually I look better in old clothes than how I was.
However, the inbody machine shows no changes at all. Anyone has similar experience with the DL inbody machine? Any suggestions? Should I try another inbody machine elsewhere?
