Hi I’m loving my Alice in wonderland pinball machine, I’ve had it for 2 weeks. I’m having no other issues than this. The ball capture gate does not go fully down the balll does not come out. So when a new game
Starts it says “ball captured” but the ball is stuck and no new ball comes out. The gate drops at the end of a game over but the ball won’t roll over the extra but of gate.
If I stack 3 and get a multi ball the weight in .e balls is enough to get over the gate, but with one ball it’s unplayable.::
I messaged wonderland amusements and they said to “lift the rear legs” which would completly ruin the game”
Any know any clippers or a nail file I can use to get into this narrow area to lower this gate.
TLDR
I need to file down this narrow area of plastic or clip the plastic. I almost need an industrial nail to snap an centermeter off the gate: any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
