helpful parenting

After going through the 4-month regression with my daughter and spending weeks down the rabbit hole, I put together a breakdown of every major sleep training method — what each one actually involves, how long it takes, what the research says, and who it works for.

No judgment in any direction. CIO works fast and the research shows it's safe. Fading is slower but lower-protest. Ferber is in the middle. I just wish someone had laid it out plainly for me instead of making me feel like I had to pick a team.

I wrote it up as a proper guide — it's on our site at knownwellpress.com/blogs/news/sleep-training-methods-compared-cio-ferber-fading-and-everything-in-between
