I have played the game on and off since release, but only "finished" it twice. Somehow, both times, I found the worst endings to the game by making what I thought were good choices...

Playthrough 1 - >!held hands and blew up with romanced Gale in Moonrise.!<

Playthrough 2 - >!Became a mind flayer and put myself in the dungeon to avoid endangering others, missing out on the epilogue party.!<

And that's not even taking into account my only other playthrough to reach Act 3, where I romanced Astarion and >!let him Ascend. I then got the ick when I saw how he treated Tav and realized I had been an idiot and made the wrong choice. I abandoned that Playthrough...!<

Basically, I think I might have a gift for making bad choices.
