So i’m a senior who joined around the end of August and my snapshots are 67 percent doing what’s expected 20 percent impressive and 13 percent inconsistently meeting expectations. It says i should have 85 percent utilization but im sitting around 70 percent. The time i joined was during the end of the summer busy season and I didn’t have much hours for October- January. I also messed up time compliance and i’m at 70% for that. I get pretty positive feedback from my managers/partners and just have to sharpen up some technical skills but I received continue to progress in my current role for all the snapshots. Worth to note that it’s my first year on the engagements and I have the largest my senior role on all of them. Do you guys think i’ll be alright for the first CRT?
