Hey, for those of you selling vacant or outdated properties, how are you presenting the potential of a space to buyers?
Are you still relying on traditional staging, or have you shifted toward digital/virtual staging?
I'm curious about the workflow side of it
How many listing photos do you typically get re-styled? Do buyers actually respond to it, or do they see through it?
Would they appriciate to know how much would THAT visualization cost ?
And if you're showing a dated kitchen or empty room, what's been most effective at helping buyers see past what's currently there?
Our current approach feels clunky and I'm looking to rethink how we handle this part of the listing process.
