Glute focused classes no lunges

Does anyone recall a class they loved that gave you a good glute burn with no lunges?
I’m off lunges per my physiotherapist.
I guess if there is a short bit i could just rest or swap out.

Hoping for a 10-20 or maybe even the odd 30 min.

*reposted, it was flagged before because I wasn’t a member (I could have sworn I was, been with peloton since the pandemic)

I’m with thrive. I love it. But I also love the idea of having an instructor who isn’t gone for good.
Has anyone had any transformations with Align or good results?
Not looking to join a swimsuit competition just hoping to tone with some muscle and size down/drop a few pounds.
166lbs 5ft5 right now goal weight would be between 150-155.

Has anyone used other macro tracking apps that can comment on the functionality?
I use macro factor right now and appreciate just how many things are on it/the ability to make a big batch of something, track it by ingredient, cook it, weigh it and then be like “i ate 240g of this 1150g dish”.
Is that something I can do? I’ve never been able to figure out servings as I eat a different amount than my husband and kids or lunch vs dinner for leftovers.

Is there anyone using it that’s jumped ship from a separate paid app? Like MacroFactor, macrostax, MFP ect? Is there anything you miss? Just trying to cut costs a little. I’m not training for like a competition or anything so i don’t need it super in depth or anything. Does it compare reasonably well?
