So I started my swap into thie way of eating about 7 months ago and its been quite the journey for me. About a month-ish ago I stalled in the weight loss and started to do something that I saw what a couple people suggest to do, add more fat and lower the protein.

Did that for a couple of days and noticed some extreme bloating and weight gain. I assumed it was the dairy and so took it out and swapped to beef tallow and do the strictest form of carnivore and surprising it didnt help. So I tried the opposite and upped the protein (like a dummy). I did end up losing some of the bloat but my body HATED IT. Think I probably caused some damage thats gonna take a bit of time to heal.

So here we are now, a few more experiments later, I realized (interestingly enough) I cant tolerate eggs but I can tolerate certain certain forms of dairy. Eggs make me bloat and make my body hurt. But my problems comes from the hunger.

I use to be able to OMAD every day but now, I can go maybe like 10 hrs before I get HUNGRY. Like stomach feeling like its caving in on itself sometimes. Should I be concerned or am I over thinking things?

Possible relevant information:

My job has me walking all, and I do work out 3 - 5 times a week. Im probably sitting somewhere between like 17-19% body fat. While experimenting, I did not worry about fasting too much, just ate when I had the feeling to eat.

Thanks in advance!
