Hello I have this fairly huge issue and i feel uncomfortable with it. Yesterday we were given a food served to all kids in the daycare we asked if we we have allergy substitutes it was verbally told to everyone (by kitchen staff) that the food is for everyone all the children eatbit saying there’s no allergens. This morning I found out when I found the substitutes in the fridge and a list of what they were supposed to get. I let my supervisor know and she basically blamed me for this incident keep in mind I was in ratio all day and now we're required to bring toddlers in the kitchen (a not safe environment) to check if we have substitute. I'm grateful that we did have severe allergies but I'm wondering if I should go to higher up.
