Order still pending (South Sudan) – Multiple delays, should I keep waiting?
I placed an order for a Standard Kit (V4) on March 30th, and the status is still stuck on Pending.
The estimated shipping date has already been updated/pushed back twice, most recently passing the May 8th estimate with no tracking number issued yet.

- Location: Juba, CES, South Sudan
- Status: Pending (No tracking number)
Has anyone else in the region experienced similar delays recently? I’m wondering if there is a local supply issue in Juba or if I should reach out to support again to try and expedite this. Any insight on current shipping times for East Africa?
