Hi I will be submitting my FBR next week, meeting with a notary as I have finally assembled all docs required, just wanted to ask whether I need to provide my marriage certificate, the website says “if applicable” but since I am a man and will be applying through my maternal grandmother, will I have to provide my own marriage certificate to my wife? My last name is not different from my mother’s last name.
