Do I need to cardio on top
Doing this combined with strength training + boxing and high intensity cardio ( skipping, assault bike ) daily. I’m not sure if it’s excessive or not lose weight. Around 76kg ,12-14 percent body fat trying to get down to 70ish.
Opinions and or help plz.
