Hi everyone I wanna get your opinion regarding condo bedspacer na business.
I thinking of getting a condo in Amaia Shaw or Amaia Avenida for this since they are close to CBD and Avenida naman is close to LRT. I am thinking of the following:
Fully furnished room (electric stove, ref, shower heater, washer and dryer), 4 beds (2 double deck), and comes with free wifi.
Will this work kaya for the price of 12K-15K per bed or what price kaya considering condo siya and maganda location?

PS. I am aware of the real estate situation right now but I still thinking of doing it kasi its still an asset to my name and income can support the amortization. Maski hindi ko siya nagagamit on a personal use i still find it ideal tapos babawiin ko nalang sa price future price ng magiging market value.
