I’m looking for guidance on reporting a serious situation involving a U.S. Navy sailor.

There is evidence suggesting a 28-year-old married sailor with children has been engaging in predatory online behavior involving a minor. Reports may already have been made to NCIS, and I’m trying to determine the proper official way to ensure his command/unit is informed. Unfortunately, I do not know his command or unit, so I’m unable to contact them directly.

Any advice on what more can be done would be appreciated. Thank you for reading and assisting.
