I had a telephone consultation today with my GP (UK) about possible endometriosis and he has recommended exploration for adenomyosis too. He’s agreed to a routine gynae referral but in my appointment notes has referred to me as 38F - I’m 25. Should I get this clarified or wait to see if it has also been put on the referral letter? I know it’s so minor but with them never taking anything seriously anyway I just want there to be a clear picture for the gynae department.

My DOB is ofc on my medical records anyway so best to just leave it or…?
