I'm considering solar and received a quote today. Total bill is 42K, financed @ 3.9% through Sunguage for 25 years - roughly $185 per month. System includes 25 Q-cell Panels and Enphase inverters (10.5Kw System). The research that I did has the cost of the panels at roughly 10k and the inverters @ approximately 3K. That leaves 29k for labor, permits etc. - seems excessive but I'd like to run it past the community here. I'd really love to be off the grid but need to be mindful of costs.
