I need help with my account

I just found out that i had a twitch account which i created several years ago. I logged in by sending a username finder mail to my mail account which i thought was linked to my twitch account but when i went into setting to delete the account there was not one linked mail account. I cannot delete my account, i cannot add an e-mail adress and i cannot change my cringy username and every time i try to do one i get the same error: A problem has occured. What do you think i should do atm?
