Hey guys. I made a post about this a little while ago, but I want to talk about more fun headcannons yalls have. I’ll list a few of my own.

1. (AGING FOR ROBOTS) Pill babies and aging are not standard across all liberated drones. Older drones that worked under humans were fully functioning and mature off the assembly line. Realistically speaking, Nori and Khan were probably only online for a few years each respectively when they had Uzi. Some pre-solver drones probably wouldn’t see the point in making babies and having their kids age at a human pace when they can just build them fully aged like they were and would probably consider would see it as a waste of time. Other drones would argue that they should have kids and have future generations age because they were built in humanity’s image and should resemble them or maybe they just want the traditional family experience. Outpost-3 and its surrounding areas just happens to be places where pill babies are normalized.

2. (Intimate activities) I imagine drones have different ways of engaging in freaky activities. I image most simply increase the sensitivity of a certain part of their body (any part, they could use their upper arms for all I care) and lightly rub, grind, and stimulate them. But I do believe that somewhere in the vast universe, some gooner of a drone is making modular “reproductive parts” to actually simulate human intimacy.

3. (Weapons and murder drone internal systems) The cone shaped structures on the forearms of murder drones are containers filled with nanites. It is within these cones that disassembles would form weapons, munitions or tools to use. I think every murder drone has a default inventory built in like the standard swords and guns, but some can be creative and make whatever they want with those nanites like V who can make the “LITERALLY SO SUSPICIOUS” flag or bubbles.

For me, I have a morbid head cannon that the Murder Drones are NOT the butler and maids we knew in new bodies, but altered copies of their AI’s, making them technically different characters. I imagine they were forced to kill their worker selves as a messed up rite of passage.

For the record, the only reason I have this head canon is because I saw art of Disassembly Drone V killing Maid V and I thought the idea of V literally “killing her past” was a super cool and dark concept.

It would also technically make any of the WD x DD ships of eNVy, Codegold, or Oilrose canonically possible if any of the worker versions survived somehow. That would make for a sick fanfic.
