4 days Post Surgery best decision of my life

Hello, I’m a 23F and I had a cam and pincer impingement. MRI did not show the damage the actual surgery did. I had a Labral Tear, small cartilage damage from the impacting sone and synovitis. My doctor at UCI repaired the tear, took out my synovium and shaved the broken cartilage down. He said fibrocartilage would form later on. This whole time post op I have felt almost zero pain. Easiest surgery of my life and haven’t taken any narcotics really. Mind you I have Hypermobile Ehlers danlos syndrome and he said my joint capsule was so firm it took over 100 pounds of force to gain traction. Knee pain is gone too! Feel free to ask anything
