More realistic gameplay?

Been a casual player for many years but playing it quite a bit rn and doing a manager career and looking for a little more realistic gameplay. I have it on authentic which helps for sure however the way goals are scored have become infuriating.

Feels like almost every goal I score is a through ball on a good run leading to a 1v1 against the keeper. Easy goals. I’ll intentionally stay out wide and cross it in to make it feel more realistic but rarely ever score on those.

The CPU scores all their goals rapid firing passes around inside my own box, right in my face, and it feels like at times there is nothing I can do but wait until my brainless AI defenders run out of position and again… easy goal.

I know it’s ea and things can only get so realistic but is there anything I can do to add variety. Prevent myself from getting so many wide open chances, and prevent the CPU from completing 43 consecutive passes inside my own box before scoring?

**not as important but would turning down pass accuracy help in randomizing things a bit and causing more chaos. Feel like at times it feels like American football in the way one team drives down the field shoots then the other team attempts the same. Very little 50/50 chances, balls being crossed all over the place, and turnovers feel unrealistic and few and far between**

Also playing on World Class difficulty if that helps.

Thanks

Executive Panel Interview

I did a 30 minute interview with an HR person, then two weeks later another 30 minute interview with the Regional VP. Both went very well, I was informed that if the RVP liked the conversation I would be sent some assessments to complete and then be asked to do an executive panel interview. The HR person informed me it’s 10-15 minutes of a meet and greet situation for them to kinda put a face to the name and also directly implied they don’t do these unless they plan to offer the person the job.l, but I understand she could be sugar coating it a bit.

It’s with 6 people (CEO, CFO, VP’s etc..) and I don’t have a clue what to expect. The HR person said not to worry it’s not as intimidating as it sounds I’m just confused where the direction of it will go. I’ve heard ‘culture fit’ thrown around with these. Are they going to ask hard-hitting questions or actually just a meet and greet situation with very surface level questions. This is a fairly low level job with a medium sized company (Account Manager) with about 150-200 employees.

Please, any advice would help so much!
