How dry before putting shower up?
Hi all. Bought this house about a year ago and turns out water was getting past the shower wall. Took it all out and found some mold back there on the insulation and the below area. I sprayed mold killer all over it. I was thinking about putting some kilz on it as well. The wood is hovering around 15-16% moisture according to my meter. Is this dry enough to seal up and start on the shower install? Does the wood look okay?
