Roth 401k or traditional?

I do know how taxes work, I understand it's not all income charged at the bracket I am in, just any income above X dollars is taxed at that %

My current income ~50k, I'm currently in the 12% tax bracket. I'm expecting the next few years, with raises, (~10 years), I'll be put into the 22% tax bracket. Then at the 10 year mark, im expecting my income to increase dramatically and expected to be at the 32% or 35% bracket (400k). I'm wanting to retire with the ability to pull 100k out a year around age 65 (about 3 million dollars in retirement is my estimation). I currently don't have a desire to retire early. Does it make sense to have a roth 401k for the next 10 years and then switch over to a 401k? I do have a roth IRA open, but I haven't contributed to it yet because I'm wanting to know if it makes more sense to stick with the roth 401k, max it out, and then contribute to the roth IRA

Information about my finances:

I'm currently 23 years old. I have some CC debt that I will have paid off in 6 months and putting most of money into paying it off. I do have an emergency fund of $1000. Once I pay off my debt, I plan on saving up for about a 3 month emergency fund. I'm currently investing into my roth 401k at work. I invest 5% each check into it which the company matches

Goal:

I would like to own a home one day. My current income is stable/consistent. My end goal is to own a Chick-fil-A restaurant or work at the corporate office. The franchise fee is only $10k so I'm not worried about factoring that into saving for my home down payment. It will be at minimum 10 years until I know where I would be working, most likely moving to another state so I don't believe there is a benefit in buying a home within that timeframe. I will have about a 2 year heads up before I know where I would be moving to. How should I save up for a down payment? I'm okay with volatility since it's such a long timeframe away. When I have my 2 year heads up, should I move my money into bonds or HYSA?
