I’m used to dealing with loads of types of subluxations and in the last few months my shoulder has joined the gang. It’s usually pretty straight forward and relatively easy to get back in but uhhh I think some other bone or something is out cuz it feels different and more clicky and like different ranges of motion. Idk imma see if I can sleep and deal with it tmr but gosh it is so annoying like bruh leave me alone I do not feel like being a detective.
