I did read through the products however I didn’t see leather care (unless I missed it) that being said….

Leather seat care and ceramic coating

Hi all! I just got a 2020 Kia Sportage SX Turbo. It’s got leather seats and is in immaculate condition (I’m talking like almost brand new condition and very low miles) and I’m looking to keeping it that way. I live in good ole Florida so I need the best kits (or separate products but kits are preferred if possible) to clean and maintain my seats. I am also looking into rubber seal care for the doors window and sunroof. And lastly the exterior. I want to maintain the paint as long as I can so a DIY friendly ceramic coating kit would be ideal. Ye si know the coating would be an all day thing. Yes I am willing to put in the time and effort. I am welcome to any and all tips and tricks and even things I’m not thinking about. Any help is welcomed. This is my first “fancy” car and I want to keep it well maintained for as long as possible.

I’ve been taking Mary Ruth’s the morning hair multi vitamin, and iron and I give my child the liposmal multivitamin. As far as vitamins go, I do see a difference. Especially in my hair. My energy levels are up as well.

Huge con though is the prices. I am on the hunt for a multivitamin(s) for myself and my little. As well as iron. I’m getting tired of spending $100+ a month. Issue is I’ve never had results at least with my hair like I have with these and I do worry I’ll go back to losing a ton of hair if I just stop. I’m just looking for other vitamin recommendations though since I still have lower energy levels and especially for my little I want to ensure she’s getting adequate vitamins since she does indeed eat very much like a small child with a picky pallet lol any suggestions are welcome! I’m actually due for a yearly so blood panel maybe I can get one ran and go from there but I wanted some tips before I tried switching off MR vitamins.
