I’m 27M and on 100mg , it has definitely helped me so much but I still get very angry if someone pokes my buttons the right way. Should I go up?

I’ve been on Lamotrigine 100mg 27M for about 4 months and my dreams have been insane, I smoke weed so I was used to having no dreams which means no REM am I getting more REM sleep because of the medicine?
