Can we have 2 BOWP applications?

1. For express entry

2. For non express entry

My situation is i have both applications submitted.

For non express entry - I have aor and completed my Biometrics and nothing after that. For bowp to get approved i need eligibility to be passed but its still in progress since 5 months.

For express entry i have aor and waiting-for bil now. For

Bowp to get passed i need r10 completeness check which is usually passed at BIL.

I want to see if i can apply for bowp separately one with express and other with non express. In case my express entry gets messed up by any way.

Any leads would be helpful. Thanks
