I think this is a goniopora in my 29g and this is the very first time its opened in 2 months, 24 hours after dosing all 4 of these. Buying all these test kits would be ridiculous for me so I just dosed it. I havent tested my tank since last week for anything but salinity which is 35 because I was removing rocks and had to add water. I think I might just make a monthly routine of dosing these or maybe even more often but we will see. I will just observe what happens and continue with protocol

Im not sure if im looking at some type of pest, new polyps or what... I also think there is some type of hydroid on the right side of this frag.

I love my gobies.. These are my guys, unfortunately i added an algae blenny that I think had parasites and died randomly (heavy white stringy poop and lethargy then it dissapeared). I dont want these guys to die but they're so elusive i think they would just die quietly in the cave. They have been extra skiddish recently to me but I also did a rescape...The fish with parasites died probably a week ago. If I could have found it I would have removed it but I couldn't. Ive had other fish literally die to my pistol shrimp but I know this wasnt the case

It all started with one reef tank, thinking I was in control. Then the bacteria took over... quietly multiplying, stabilizing, spreading... I soon realized I was never in control. I was just giving the bacteria more rock to conquer...
