Has anyone successfully managed to update the firmware on the Pro 2 V5.3 HR+?

I've tried using BullSuper on my Android phone, but it just says "Upgrade Failed, would you like to try again?"

Jenny recommended conencting to a Singapore VPN, which I have tried, but it still doesn't work.

I was looking to see if it would fix the issue I have with lag when watching videos.
