How to beat QC and LBC 4222 on console?

As the game is fully smartly assisted, I try to have fun out of it. I am playing outwide this phase. Stretch my opponent wide and overload them on on the wings and quickly switch on the other flank or attack them on the center.

But i came up with this formation lately and i dun have a clue on how to overcome thier pressure or which 2 amf to tight mark. I tried to sit back with my lb and rb however i need thier support for wing play to stretch the opponenent.

Any masterclass outwiders can provide me tips? Current on 3232 formation.
