Sent buyer the dress, but they've seemingly received someone else's order. I definitely did not send them the wrong thing (I have never seen those pair of shorts before!!)

I've done some research now and it seems that this has happened to other parcels delivered by InPost have been mixed up in the past.

I'm kind of a new seller so I have no idea what to do :( and the buyer is just being pretty horrible to me

any suggestions?
