New to IF. I've lost 70lb on a calorie deficit and have hit a plateau with about 15lb to my end goal. (41, F, 5'6" CW 145lb GW 130lb).
I've started 16:8 fasting this week.
I work 3 days a week and on my working days my lunch break is 1pm so that's when I break my fast, but on non working days I find I'm really hungry by then and will have my eating window 12pm-8pm.
So my question is, if I need to stick to the same timings every day, should I be maintaining the 1pm-9pm window on my non working days or should I treat my working days as still being a 12pm-8pm window even though I don't actually eat till 1pm.
