I received a couple of gift cards for The Broken Binding Publishing as a Christmas gift (one worth £40 and the other £60), but unfortunately they were bought for the wrong TBB store 🥲💔 I originally asked for SE store gift cards, but apparently the stores are separate, so the people gifting them to me didn’t realize that.
I don’t live in the UK, so ordering regular books from the publishing store doesn’t really make sense for me because of shipping costs and taxes. I already contacted TBB to ask whether they could exchange them since I order from them a lot, but I haven’t received a response yet.
Has anyone else experienced this situation before? Were you able to exchange the gift cards or find another solution? I’d really appreciate any advice because I was really excited about them and sadly can’t use them for the editions I collect.
