In the past few months, more and more I’ve been noticing this strange feeling like something is standing behind me, or lingering just out of my line of sight. I’m half blind. I don’t know why this feels relevant but it does. Sometimes I even think I see someone - it’s large, black, tall, just standing there. Kind of an amorphous shape without much definition. I’ve been experiencing paranoia around this, and increased paranoia in general. Schizophrenia has been present in my family, so it’s possible. Anyways, any thoughts anyone has on this would be helpful. I don’t have anyone to talk to about something that sounds this crazy.
