Hello everyone.
Me and my few friends are thinking of starting an upwork agency and give it full time in next 4 months in summer vacations. We are all students, no one ever got a client before, but know how it works. Tried to applied for dozens of jobs personally, but it didn't help. I know first step is to polish our profiles/portfolio.
To anyone who has started it, share your feedbacks. What to do and what to avoid. We are all into tech. Also should we only target upwork or pick some other platform as well.
