Guys i scored 99 percentile in jee, but I failed to clear the 75 percent criteria for jee , is there any way if I register for nios ode in June to get my results before the counselling ends ..?? Please help.!!!

I have mine on 7 June , is there anyone who cheated and still didn’t get caught ??? . How would they know if i just tape my phone to my laptop screen ??
