Hi everyone,

I have been stuck for 8 days and need help.

MY SITUATION:

- Upwork suspended my account

- They are asking me to verify identity

- But when I go to verify, it shows error:

"You are unable to complete ID verification

due to a suspension on your account"

THE LOOP:

- Upwork says: verify your identity

- Verification page says: you are suspended

- I cannot do either one

WHAT I TRIED:

- Replied to support emails

- Created multiple tickets

- Used support chat

- All tickets closed with same automated reply

Has anyone experienced this before?

How did you resolve it?

Any Upwork staff here who can help?
