TA is a total scam. Worst customer relations I have ever experienced in my life. They do not even try to help you. Customer service can’t even provide basic support. When you call customer service nobody has knowledge about anything, no supervisor you can talk. They will ask you to fill out a feedback form for everything even for a simple seat change. They will change your paid seats with your spouse randomly. When you call them they will say they fixed it but they will choose a wrong seat even you confirmed seat number multiple times. If you call them enough you may get lucky to find someone knows what they are doing. They will cancel or delay your flight last minute when there is a less than an hour to your international flight. Or you may have 5 hours international flight delay but you can’t get any refund or anything other than a “free cheese sandwich”. They have 20 people at the help desk at the Istanbul airport but nobody will help you and they will just make you run around the airport.
If you have a connected flight, they may not wait for you even you have your luggage in the plane. They don’t make any announcements. They will not put you in to next flight either even there are tons of empty seats because there is no ticket change according to their rules.
Your membership status is nothing to them. There is no customer satisfaction. The airport lounge looks like it has given away to everybody. They have good food but I am not looking for a restaurant.
